Welcotel is a web app the guest opens without installing anything: beaches, restaurants, viewpoints, walks and local shops, ordered by distance from your property. On top of that base sits what is yours: the hotel's news, this week's events and the activities you want to sell. It is reached from whichever physical format you choose, and that is why the welcome stops being a leaflet that gets thrown away.

It opens in the phone's browser, in two seconds, with no app to download. That is the difference between eighty per cent of your guests using it and five.
Every hotel hands out paper that ends up in the room bin: the area map, the spa menu, the excursion list from the agency next door. Welcotel does not replace that paper, it turns it into a door: the guest takes the postcard home, and the code printed on it still works on day two, on day five and next year when they come back.
All of them include the destination map, built and maintained by us. What changes is how much you can do from the panel and in how many languages your guest reads it. Set-up is paid once; the licence, every year.
